We offer a
30-day return policy for merchandise that is damaged, defective or incorrectly
shipped. Please call or Email for a Return Authorization (RA) number before
return shipping your product. Items return shipped without an RA number will be
refused and returned to you at your expense. If an item is damaged, defective
or shipped in error, we will cover your return shipping costs and issue a
replacement. All authorized returns made for reasons other than the above are
subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the credit that is
issued. We will not reimburse for or pay shipping for merchandise returned for
reasons other than damage, defects or shipping error. All merchandise must be
returned in its original package, box or poly bag. Refunds will not be made for
merchandise returned in a condition not suitable for resale. Absolutely no
returns will be accepted without a copy of the original invoice. Sorry, no
returns or refunds will be given after 30 days from delivery of merchandise.

For orders shipped within the US, shipping is provided
by USPS. All shipping charges are calculated based on the dollar
amount of your order and have been determined based on average shipping costs
